Sapporo City Costume- Festival will be held on Sep. 22 (Sun.) at “Hokoten” (vehicle free promenade) at Minami 1-jo Street in front of Mitsukoshi Department Store. Enjoy cosplaying, interacting with others, and viewing a display of cars painted with anime characters. Venues: Minami 1, Nishi 2, Odori Park 1 to 3-chome, TV Tower and Sosei River Park.
Date: Sep. 22 (Sun.), 11 a.m.–6 p.m. Participation fee: ￥2,500 (advance ￥2,000).
